Hertfordshire County Netball are recruiting for a NetballHer Champion.

​As a Champion you would act as local advocate, raising awareness and facilitating access to support for women and girls involved in netball and actively encourage and empower netball clubs and leagues to address female health needs and ensure women and girls can participate comfortably and confidently. 

The qualities we are looking for in a NETBALLHer Champion are:

  • Driven to empower women and girls through education on female health
  • Passionate about changing the system for women in sport and breaking down barriers
  • Interest in, and time to support, netball to flourish as a sport
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to influence others

Due to the nature of the NETBALLHer Champion tolse and the sensitive topics it covers, we reccomend that champions are aged 18 years or over. However, if you know somone aged 16 - 18 who would be a passionate and effective advocate, please get in touch so we can discuss how we might offer additional support to hepl them thrive in the role.
