HCNA AGM & ANNUAL AWARDS 2025
The HCNA AGM and annual awards was held on 11th June 2025 at Herts Sports Village. The AGM minutes will be available on the website soon. Hertfordshire membership fees were agreed and the annual accounts presented. A copy of the Annual Report is available in PDF format to members upon request to christinebeasley@virginmedia.com.
The following awards were presented by our President, June Griffith:-
The Daphne Payne Officiating award - Hannah Ufland
The Jenny Evans Coaching award - Lauren Davis
Nextgen Outstanding Club award - Netball4Fun
The Rose Harris award - Hemel Hempstead league
Netball Teacher award - Danni Titmuss-Morris
The Joy Hooper League support award – Bev Dean
Dorothy Broad Administrators award - Julie Reeve
Maureen Ball Young Volunteer award - Penny Pope
HCNA Life membership - Christine Beasley
A special mention was made of Claire Bailey who was appointed to umpire the Under 16s England Netball National Schools Tournament Final in March.
Congratulations to them all!
Goodbye was also said to Lucy Prestedge who goes off on maternity leave at the end of June.
Next year’s AGM will be held on Wednesday June 10th 2026.
