Top Tips for Virtual Training Sessions: Get some top tips for running virtual training from VNC and pathway coaches, including group management tips, ways to keep the session interactive and challenges you can set your players.
There’s also unlimited access to lots of pre-recorded sessions already available, including strength and conditioning workouts giving you the opportunity to train like and with a Vitality Rose, and ten junior training sessions for U11s with England Netball ambassador Sasha Corbin.
